Along the way, I’ve been privileged to collaborate with some of the biggest innovators in the world:
— Building the first three mobile Uber driver lounges ever created
— Supporting the early maintenance operations at Tesla
— Working as a trusted vendor for The Kroger Company on facility engineering, maintenance, and distribution systems
But here’s what I’ve learned after all these years: it’s not the big names that matter most — it’s the people.
It’s the masons, the laborers, the foremen, the project managers. It’s the small companies pushing hard, the young apprentices learning the ropes, the old-timers who carry decades of wisdom in their hands.
I truly love this industry — and I want to see it thrive for generations.
Money is a great motivator. But knowledge is the motivator that stands the test of time — if we pass it on.
